ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

Sealed bids for construction of 2” Waterline Relocations along SH-54 will be received by the Caddo County RWD #3 at 33029 State Highway 58, Carnegie, OK 73015 until 10:30 a.m. local time,   Tuesday, August 19, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud. 
The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications, and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following:

A complete set of Plans and Specifications may be obtained in an electronic downloadable format for $75.00 from QuestCDN. The link to download the electronic bid packet can be found at wdbengineering.net under Bid Documents. Refunds will not be made. PRIME BIDDER MUST BE LISTED ON THE QUESTCDN PLAN HOLDER LIST, OTHERWISE THE BID PROPOSAL WILL RETURNED UNOPENED. 
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted.  No bid will be accepted more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening.  If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.  Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
